Shipping and Returns

  • The shipping cost for heavy planters or products whose dimensions exceed standard measurements depends on the total weight/volume of the order and the delivery address, as they are shipped on pallets. In the case of a personal quote, TRINITATE will include the corresponding shipping price.

  • IMPORTANT: STREET LEVEL DELIVERY DOES NOT INCLUDE MANEUVERS WITHIN THE DESTINATION PROPERTY OR UNLOADING MANEUVERS.

  • If your order includes parts for immediate delivery and manufacturing, the order will be shipped as soon as the products to be manufactured arrive.

Return policy

    • At this time, there are no monetary refunds, only exchanges of physical products.
    • Purchases made online ARE eligible for exchanges in our physical stores.
    • Exchanges for items purchased on the TRINITATESHOP website are accepted within 8 calendar days from the day the product was received.
    • The new product desired must be of equal or greater value than the original purchase (if the value is greater, the excess must be covered in full), and the existence of the new products requested must be verified.
    • For exchange policies to apply, the merchandise must be returned in good condition and without any modifications, with the original packaging, and the order form for the new product requested. It is very important that the order number be included inside the package for your identification once it is delivered to our offices.
    • If merchandise returned to our facilities is damaged or broken, the value of this item will no longer be considered for exchange.
    • Shipping costs for exchanges or returns will NOT be refunded unless there is a quality defect in the piece (example: breakage, paint defect, etc.)

    • Shipping costs for exchanges must be fully covered by the customer.
    • Once the package is received, the products will be validated and the exchange will be sent to you within the next 10 business days.
    • In the event of a loss attributable to the company, the customer has 24 hours after receiving the product to report it to TRINITATE ( VIA WHATSAPP 4775540314 ) with the corresponding evidence. Once this period has elapsed, the product will not be replaced.
    • If upon receiving the package it is found to be in poor condition, please DO NOT accept it.

    Policy for redirecting guides

    • Trinitate will not be responsible for the cost of redirecting purchases to another address, whether due to an error in entering information into the order or changes requested by the customer.
    • If the shipping company agrees to make the exchange, this charge must be fully covered by the customer.
    • No refund applies to orders.

    Shipping times

      • Orders are processed within 10 business days from the purchase payment confirmation date and are subject to availability. Please also consider transit time, which will depend on the shipping company and the delivery address, approximately 5 business days longer.
      • During the months of March, April, October, November, and December, shipping times may be extended by up to 10 business days. We suggest purchasing in advance.

      • If your order includes items to be collected from physical stores, the order will be processed within 12 business days of the purchase date.

      • Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your package so you can track it. Shipments will mostly be made via PAQUETEXPRESS, unless otherwise specified in the shipping confirmation email.
      • The delivery time for the package is 5 business days (consider that in the months of November and December the delivery time for the package may be extended by up to 20 business days)
      • The customer must be responsible for tracking their package using the means provided by the courier company, either online or by phone.
      • We are not responsible for damage caused by the parcel service.
